Levels of Service Satisfaction Survey
The City of Peterborough is currently developing its 2025 Asset Management Plan. This Asset Management Plan will establish a Level of Service (LOS) target that the City is proposing to achieve for services delivered. It will also identify the actions that the City will take to achieve their proposed LOS, as well as how these actions will be funded. Proposed LOS communicates the City’s intention for how we will operate our assets and provide services.
We want to hear from you – because your feedback is essential to the City as it is developing a plan to deliver services to you! By providing your voice, you can help the City better understand what kinds of services you value, so that the approach meets the community’s needs.
The Levels of Service Satisfaction survey will support long-term planning and the City's Asset Management Plan. It is not part of the City's 2025 budget process. The survey results will be used to help the City set goals and targets across many different service areas.
