What's Happening:

Robinson Street between Mark Street and Rogers Street is slated for reconstruction with work tentatively scheduled to start in Spring/Summer 2026 pending budget approval. The project will rejuvenate the street, and will provide improvements to vehicular, pedestrian, and cycling accessibility.

The general goals of this project are to provide overall improvements to the corridor through urbanization, roadway geometry re-alignment, and servicing improvements, and will include:

  • Improvements to pedestrian access by providing new concrete sidewalks.

  • Improvements to the multi-use trail crossing.

  • Improvements to the underground services in the area through the replacement of storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and watermains.

  • Roadway improvements including new curb, gutters, and new asphalt paving.

Schedule:

Construction and utility relocations for the project are planned to commence in 2026.

As part of the project process, we are collecting feedback from the community to ensure the project is meeting the community's needs. We encourage you to provide your input and feedback through the Questions section found at the bottom of the page.
