Contractor Survey

The City of Peterborough is designing a municipally supported residential financing program to make homes more efficient and reduce GHG emissions. The program will provide:

• Support to homeowners throughout their home energy retrofit projects, and 
• Loans to cover the cost of the retrofits.

This survey will help inform this work by:

1. Gathering information on the capacity for service providers (contractors and others) to deliver home energy retrofits in Peterborough, 
2. Exploring what could help service providers deliver the expected number of retrofits, and 
3. Understanding how the program could best provide value to both service providers and homeowners.
