Welcome to the City of Peterborough’s Wellness Committee Survey 

Over the years the City Wellness Committee has worked hard to develop and deliver programming that supports improving the health and wellness of City employees. As we near the end of 2022, we are starting to plan for 2023. For us to serve you better, we would like to ask that you complete this very short survey for a chance to win a PRIZE!! 

Your individual, anonymous answers will be analyzed by the Committee to determine future programming and events. A summary of the responses will be shared with City staff on the Wellness page of the Intranet.
