Charlotte Street Cycling Lanes

Charlotte Street has been identified as a priority in the Cycling Network Plan since 2012. It is the only east-west corridor that does not have a large hill. This year, the top asphalt is being replaced on the section west of Park Street. This is the most economical time to implement cycling lanes because all the pavement markings will be removed, leaving a blank slate.
