Accessibility Plan Consultation Survey
Introduction
This survey will be used to collect feedback that will inform updates to the City of Peterborough’s Accessibility Plan. The survey will be open from June 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022.
Background
If you are a person with a disability who visits, lives, studies or works in the City of Peterborough, or you care or advocate for someone with a disability, we want to learn about your experiences. Everyone is invited to participate in this survey to help us know what is needed to make Peterborough more accessible. Your response will help set priorities and clear goals for the next phase of accessibility planning in Peterborough.
Participation
Your participation is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to answer some or all of the questions, you can skip a question or stop the survey at any time.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information is gathered and used in compliance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act to help the City achieve its accessibility goals and meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). This is an anonymous survey. No personal information will be collected. Contact the project team for questions related to the collection of information in this survey.
